A growing number of patents protect iMatte's immersive presentation and image compositing technologies. iMatte's patented technologies cover the areas of matte generation, matte extraction, leading edge and body tracking, real–time image compositing and system integration. iMatte is focused on providing these technologies as licensable integrated reference designs for inclusion into data projectors, digital still cameras and cell–phones. iMatte is also developing supporting software tool–sets allow users to take full creative advantage of the integrated products.
